Parking lot

The parking lot project is planned in response to a clear everyday need for more convenient parking in the nearby apartment housing area. Alongside the parking area, EV charging stations are also planned, making the site more useful for today's residents and ready for cleaner everyday mobility.

In apartment building areas, parking can quickly become part of the daily rhythm of the neighbourhood. The project is intended to create a more thoughtful and understandable solution for residents, visitors, and service transport.

The planned location near Meiju ceļš 28B allows the parking area and EV charging points to become part of a wider improvement of the property environment, rather than just a separate surface for cars.

The parking lot will complement the BESS project with infrastructure the location genuinely needs: clearer movement, easier access, EV charging, and a more organised everyday environment for the surrounding area.
